This role is responsible for organizing and supporting internal and external recruitment efforts to attract diverse talent to meet staffing goals across multiple departments. The Recruiter will develop and maintain strong working relationships with Hiring Managers, ensuring a complete understanding of company/department structure and hiring needs to maximize the effectiveness of the recruitment process. Regular follow-up with Hiring Managers and candidates is expected to ensure the timeliness of the recruitment process. The position involves developing and implementing search strategies using various resources, reviewing applications, assessing candidates, and providing guidance on recruitment processes and interviewing to Hiring Managers. The role also includes administering required testing, presenting qualified candidates, developing pre-screening and interview questions, coordinating interview schedules, and gathering feedback from the interview team. Additionally, the Recruiter will initiate the onboarding and promotion/transfer processes, provide status feedback and career pathing to internal candidates, and ensure smooth transitions for internal promotions. Maintaining applicant data in the applicant tracking system, staying current on market trends, and attending professional development activities are also key aspects of this role.
