About The Position

We are looking for a detail-oriented, people-focused Recruiter & HR Administrator to join our team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who is passionate about talent acquisition, highly organized, and eager to support HR operations. While the primary responsibility will be end-to-end recruitment, the position also plays a key part in onboarding, employee support, and day-to-day HR administration.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in recruiting or HR required (combination preferred).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable using HR systems, recruiting platforms, and standard office software.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual English/Spanish a huge plus.
  • Local ties to Sealy, Belville and Austin County is a huge plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive outreach, networking, and resume database searches.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.
  • Schedule interviews, prepare candidate assessments, and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate and organized recruitment records in the ATS or tracking systems.
  • Assist with new hire onboarding, including preparing offer letters, collecting required documents, conducting orientation, and coordinating training schedules.
  • Support completion, filing, and maintenance of employee records and HR documentation.
  • Help administer company policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal procedures.
  • Assist employees with general HR inquiries and provide administrative support when needed.
  • Contribute to HR projects such as engagement initiatives, process improvements, and reporting.
