Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruiting for office admin and senior-level roles
- Source, screen, and move candidates through the hiring process efficiently
- Oversee the onboarding experience for new hires
- Ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to day one
- Support day-to-day HR functions as the business scales
- Serve as a go-to resource for staff across the organization
