With multiple locations and continued growth, we’re looking for a recruiter who can find talent where others can’t. We’re seeking a Recruiting Specialist with a proven ability to fill hard-to-find, niche roles, particularly within the boiler, HVAC, or skilled trades industries. While a primary focus will be sourcing and hiring for specialized technical roles, this position will also support full-cycle recruiting across the organization, including sales, parts, leadership, and corporate functions. This is a remote position reporting directly to the Director of People & Culture.
