About The Position

Tom James Company is the world’s leading manufacturer and distributor of custom clothing. Our product is custom apparel, ranging from casual to formal dress, for both men and women. But our passion is sales, and our culture of sales development is abundant, growth-oriented and character-based. We are seeking an energetic, motivated results-oriented and people-oriented person to join our Sales Recruiting department. This individual will be involved in many facets of our sales recruitment processes, from managing candidate workflows step-by-step to being directly involved in screening candidates and explaining our sales opportunities. This is a phenomenal opportunity to be a part of a growing company, a growing department and an entrepreneurial environment in our home office in Franklin, TN. Specific job duties include: Screening/interviewing candidates on the phone; Scheduling Zoom & in person interviews with team members and local offices; Logistical support for our recruiting department’s various activities including career fair preparation & other events throughout the year (not as an on-site recruiter; only logistical support); Generate candidate flow through a variety of sourcing and referral methods; Process reimbursements and sponsorship fees for interviews; Maintain accurate tracking and documentation of candidate activity within the applicant tracking system; Support hiring metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives; Create Social Media posts for hiring initiatives; Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Ability to work full-time in an office 8-5
  • Strong phone skills
  • Experience with interviewing and screening processes
  • Strong administrative/operations skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented and dependable
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving environment where the solutions have to be both developed and executed
  • Knowledge and experience working within an ATS environment

Responsibilities
