About The Position

The ideal candidate will be seeking a part-time position in a fast-paced business environment. The selected individual will be charged with the growth and expansion of our national agent footprint through a telephone recruiting campaign. If you thrive on achieving goals, have exceptional phone skills and possess high energy, then MCC Brokerage has the position for you! The selected candidate will be responsible for the recruiting of new Medicare, Health & Life insurance agents.

Requirements

Exceptional phone skills
High energy
Cold calling skills
Ability to have pinpointed follow-up skills
Ability to build value quickly and set appointments for further conversations with MCC sales staff
Self-motivated and energetic
Excellent verbal communication skills
Effectively communicate and make best use of interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word & Outlook, and Google Sheets

Medicare & Health Insurance industry experience

Responsibilities

Recruit agents via phone to either get contracted or move their existing contract to our firm
Achieve benchmark goals/quotas
Be highly productive while unsupervised
Work collaboratively and efficiently as a team member
