Established in 1990, GenServe has the largest team of EGSA-certified technicians in the Northeast and a growing presence across the U.S. Through a combination of organic growth and strategic acquisitions, GenServe is rapidly expanding its national footprint as a one-stop shop for generator solutions. GenServe is seeking a highly driven and resourceful Recruiting Sourcer to support technical recruiting eorts across North America. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines, supporting hiring initiatives for field-based technical roles, and serving as a key liaison between candidates, hiring managers, and operational teams. This position reports to the Technical Recruiting Manager. The Recruiting Sourcer will play a critical role in executing sourcing strategies, engaging talent through both digital platforms and in-person events, and ensuring a seamless candidate lifecycle experience from initial contact through onboarding coordination. This position requires a strong presence in the field, frequent travel, and the ability to build lasting relationships with vocational programs and community partners aligned with GenServe’s workforce needs.
