About The Position

Ryder is currently hiring a Part-time/Contingent Recruiting Coordinator/Sourcer. The Sourcer's role is to provide sourcing support to the Recruiting teams and their open positions by prescreening and scheduling quality candidate interviews. This individual will work in a high volume, call center setting supporting the Human Resources department with a variety of tasks, projects and day to day routine assignments.

Requirements

  • H.S. diploma/GED required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Performs work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Strict adherence to confidentiality with high ethical standards.
  • Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors).
  • Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices.
  • Polished and professional demeanor, proven experience in delivering superior high-end customer service.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in related field

Responsibilities

  • Identify and interact with potential passive candidates
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming candidates
  • Facilitate/coordinate interviews
  • Match candidates' skills to available openings in their area
  • Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
  • Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Maintaining employee profiles
  • Employment Screenings
  • Provide administrative and compliance support to the Recruitment team
  • Supports the HR team in special projects and/or assignments
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
