About The Position

Gridware is a San Francisco-based technology company focused on protecting and enhancing the electrical grid through active grid response (AGR), which monitors electrical, physical, and environmental aspects affecting reliability and safety. Their advanced platform uses high-precision sensors for early issue detection, enabling proactive maintenance and fault mitigation to improve safety, reduce outages, and ensure efficient grid operation. The company is backed by climate-tech and Silicon Valley investors. We are seeking a Technical Sourcer & Coordinator to identify and engage world-class engineering talent across software, firmware, and hardware functions. This role involves owning top-of-funnel sourcing and candidate coordination for multiple roles and teams, working closely with the Talent team and hiring managers to develop search strategies, manage interview logistics, and ensure an excellent candidate experience.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in technical sourcing and/or coordination
• Strong understanding of technical roles and terminology
• Startup experience or a track record of working in fast-paced environments
• Clear communicator, highly organized, and candidate-focused
• Experience screening technical candidates

Responsibilities

• Source and engage top-tier technical candidates
• Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling across teams
• Keep our ATS updated and pipelines moving
• Conduct initial recruiter screens to assess fit and alignment
