F. Schumacher & Co., also known as FSCO, is the parent company to many brands within our portfolio. This role is part of Schumacher North America, which is the largest division of the company. We are seeking a detail-oriented and systems-minded Recruiting Operations Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is the operational backbone of the recruiting function – owning the buildout and ongoing optimization of our ATS, supporting active recruiting and strategic projects prioritized with the team (focus varies – e.g., employer branding, candidate experience). The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on experience configuring talent acquisition systems, a process-design mindset, and the ability to translate recruiter pain points into clean, functional solutions. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office at our HQ in Soho, NYC.
