We're looking for individuals who have a knack for attention to detail, organization, and coordination but are driven to have an outsized impact. Our Recruiting Coordinators will own candidate experience from end-to-end. You will handle everything from scheduling interviews to improving the programs, processes, and systems that lay at the foundation of Talent Operations. This person will partner closely with our embedded talent teams and talent agencies as they build out their talent systems from the ground up. The right candidate will thrive at getting things done in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment, all while being maniacally obsessed with candidate experience.
