As the first Recruiting Operations hire, this role is critical for establishing the foundational systems, processes, and data infrastructure necessary to support hiring at this scale. The individual will function as a process architect, data analyst, and liaison to hiring managers, tasked with creating an efficient recruiting machine that empowers recruiters and prepares hiring managers, directly influencing the scalability of the recruiting function.
