About The Position

Mint Cannabis is looking for a Recruiting & Onboarding Coordinator to help grow the team with passion, precision, and a lot of good energy. This role involves managing the hiring process, supporting new team members, and ensuring compliance within a fast-growing company.

Requirements

  • Passion for recruiting and helping people find opportunities.
  • At least 1 year of experience in staffing, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
  • Strong communication skills (written, spoken, emailed, texted).
  • Customer-first, vibe-focused mindset.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks/states.
  • Comfortable being on the phone daily.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Facility Agent Card (or equivalent) if required by your state.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience with JazzHR or other ATS systems.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Track hiring process in JazzHR, follow workflows, and communicate with hiring managers.
  • Extend offers, initiate background checks, and provide onboarding support to new hires.
  • Manage compliance-related tasks, including Facility Agent Card paperwork and fingerprinting.
  • Identify and suggest improvements to existing processes.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
  • Communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Pivot quickly between tasks.
  • Work an earlier shift sometimes to connect with East Coast candidates.
