About The Position

Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead a team of recruiters and meet the hiring needs of its fast-paced business. The manager will work with internal and external stakeholders and, in conjunction with Talent Acquisition leadership, own and improve the end-to-end recruiting process. The role also supports workforce hiring strategies, TA metrics and team OKRs, employer branding, talent pipelines, and succession planning. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring five days on site each week.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 11+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• 5+ years in a management or leadership role.
• Prior recruiting experience within a manufacturing company.
• Ability to work on site five days per week.

Nice To Haves

• Semiconductor recruiting experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of recruiters by setting priorities, coaching performance, and building a high-accountability, customer-service-focused culture.
• Manage the hiring ramp to scale recruiting quickly and fulfill business goals.
• Own the end-to-end recruiting process with Talent Acquisition leadership and innovate or streamline processes and procedures where possible.
• Assist in creating and executing workforce hiring strategies alongside Samsung Austin Semiconductor leaders and HR business partners.
• Assist in building and tracking Talent Acquisition metrics and team OKRs.
• Enhance the Samsung Austin Semiconductor employer brand in talent markets.
• Create talent pipelines to fulfill hiring needs and succession-planning goals.
