About The Position

Leads the development and execution of a scalable, data-driven technology recruiting strategy to deliver high-quality talent in a highly competitive market. Partners consultatively with business leaders to anticipate workforce needs and design innovative recruiting solutions, with a strong focus on advancing sourcing capabilities through creative, non-traditional strategies and proactive talent pipelining. Drives continuous improvement across recruiting processes, tools, and candidate experience by leveraging market intelligence, analytics, and emerging technologies, including AI-enabled platforms. Ensures consistent, high-quality talent delivery through disciplined execution, operational excellence, and alignment to business priorities. Requirements

  • University / college degree, with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
  • At least 3 years of prior management experience is typically required.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

  • Strong PowerPoint, process design, and executive presentation skills are highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Manages a team of recruiters who identify, recruit, select and place qualified candidates in one or more business units and for roles of all levels of complexity.
  • Develops and implements strategic recruitment and employment programs.
  • Manages the day-to-day execution of the Talent Acquisition function.
  • Identifies continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives to improve and streamline processes and the candidate experience.
  • Participates in cross functional project teams as assigned.
  • Develops and leads high-performing recruiters through the application of PNC's leadership standards and the management of key performance metrics, policies and procedures.
  • Leads the consultation with business partners and team members on recruiting strategies for specific roles.
  • Uses data while partnering with business and HR management to ensure the timely understanding of current and future workforce needs while implementing improvements to staffing processes, including sourcing and selection.
  • Implements recruiting best and standard practices including the utilization of new and emerging technologies.
  • Coaches others on the selection and usage of recruiting tools.
