About The Position
We're looking for a motivated Recruiting Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team. You'll get hands-on experience in the full recruiting cycle, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews, while helping Mountainseed find great people.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Professional, discreet handling of confidential information
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Nice To Haves
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or an ATS is a plus
Responsibilities
- Source candidates on LinkedIn, job boards and other sourcing tools
- Review resumes and shortlist the strongest candidates for the Talent Manager to screen
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates
- Keep candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) accurate and current
- Track recruiting metrics and help with reporting
- Other administrative duties
