Requirements

3 years of relevant experience supporting full-cycle recruiting and HR operations.
Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements.
Excellent organizational and recordkeeping skills.
Experience with Paylocity.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience in defense, aerospace, technology, or government contracting.
Familiarity with OFCCP requirements and Federal contractor recruiting practices.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting from requisition through candidate selection, offer, and onboarding.
Post job openings, coordinate interviews, conduct background and reference checks, and prepare offer documentation.
Maintain accurate applicant and recruitment records, ensuring compliance with applicable Federal requirements, including EEO, nondiscrimination, affirmative action, and recordkeeping standards.
Coordinate new hire onboarding, including required documentation and pre-employment activities.
Maintain accurate employee information and process personnel changes in Paylocity.
Prepare HR reports, employment verifications, and other HR documentation as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee and personnel records.
