About The Position

The Recruiting Coordinator will play a key role in streamlining the hiring process, improving candidate experience and assisting the Talent Acquisition team in achieving its hiring objectives.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Well versed with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Basic understanding of local employment laws

Nice To Haves

  • 1-2+ years’ experience in Human Resources, administrative roles and/or recruiting coordination preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards is nice to have

Responsibilities

  • Management of the administrative and logistical aspects of the hiring process
  • Schedule in-person interviews with hiring managers
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting open roles on job boards and social media sites
  • Provide onboarding support to the HR Team by assisting with the preparation of offer letters and collection of new-hire paperwork
  • Update candidates on status of their application and provide interview feedback when necessary
  • Accurately maintain our ATS; track recruitment and hiring metrics
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings for open positions
