About The Position

Kaufman Dolowich LLP, a nationally recognized law firm is seeking a dynamicWe are a growing law firm committed to delivering exceptional legal services across a broad range of practice areas. As the Firm continues to expand, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support attorney and staff recruitment initiatives across multiple offices. The Recruiting Coordinator will play an integral role in assisting in the day-to-day recruiting process and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This individual will work closely with the recruiting and HR teams, attorneys, and firm leadership to coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and support hiring initiatives for both attorney and professional staff positions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recruiting coordination, HR, or professional services experience; law firm experience strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and legal recruiting platforms is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, attorneys, and hiring managers across multiple offices and time zones
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Manage job postings across recruiting platforms, including LinkedIn and legal job boards
  • Assist with sourcing and candidate outreach efforts
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system and internal databases
  • Support law school recruiting, lateral attorney recruitment, and professional staff hiring initiatives
  • Assist with recruiting events, career fairs, and networking initiatives
  • Track recruiting activity and prepare reports and metrics as needed
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout all stages of the hiring process
