About The Position

The Recruiting Coordinator serves as a key point of contact for candidates and new hires, coordinating pre-employment and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth, efficient, and welcoming hiring experience.

Requirements

One to two years of relevant experience in recruiting, human resources, onboarding, administration, or a related field required.
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
Ability to collaborate effectively.
Sound judgment and problem-solving abilities.
Maintain confidentiality.
Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.

Nice To Haves

Experience with HCM/ATS preferred.
Knowledge of employment laws preferred.
Experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the pre-employment process.
Administer all pre-employment requirements, including background checks, drug screenings, and required documentation.
Monitor and follow up on background check and drug test results.
Process new hire information through the HCM system.
Facilitate weekly New Hire Orientation.
Enroll new hires in required trainings and certification programs.
Coordinate transportation for candidates and new hires when needed.
Maintain accurate records and support compliance.
Provide administrative support for recruiting and HR related activities.
Source, screen, and refer qualified candidates for assigned positions.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
