About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support a fast-paced talent acquisition team on a short-term contract basis. This individual will play a critical role in coordinating interview logistics, managing candidate communications, and supporting internal scheduling processes. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a dynamic, intermittent workload environment.

Requirements

  • Experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative scheduling.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and adapt to fluctuating workload demands.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Outlook or Google Calendar and document management platforms.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative scheduling is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the central point of contact for all incoming interview and recruiting coordination requests.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to initiate and manage requisitions within the HR system.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, including holding calendar time and updating invites on behalf of hiring teams.
  • Manage candidate logistics throughout the interview process, ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience.
  • Complete required intake and tracking forms to support interview scheduling and workflow visibility.
  • Create and maintain organized documentation, including shared folders for candidate materials and interview documentation.
  • Send confirmations and follow-up communications to candidates regarding interviews and next steps.
