About The Position

Interim Healthcare is seeking an organized and motivated Recruiting Coordinator to support our hiring and on-boarding efforts. This entry-level position helps create a positive candidate experience by coordinating interviews, assisting with on-boarding, maintaining employee records, and supporting the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills; proficiency in typing, proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service, administrative, or healthcare experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Sort applications and schedule phone interviews
  • Pre-Hire: Process references, employment verification, background checks, and I-9s
  • Prepare offer letters and on-boarding packets
  • Post-Hire: Follow up on missing candidate documentation
  • Support recruiting events and hiring initiatives
  • Assist with general employee inquiries and HR-related tasks
