Requirements

  • Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience as a recruiting coordinator, HR assistant, or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Process all new hire request, offer letters and onboarding.
  • Coordinate pre-employment activities, including reference checks, background checks, and drug screenings, as required.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and excel trackers ensure data integrity.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, such as preparing offer letters, and new hire paperwork.
  • Participate in the onboarding process by coordinating orientation schedules and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Source candidates based on needs of recruitment team, assist with referral management.
  • Conduct weekly new hire orientation.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, in-person and virtual, ensuring all parties are well-informed of the details.
  • Assist with the coordination of job fairs, career events, and other recruitment initiatives.
