Hightouch is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to partner with their hiring team, including recruiters and hiring managers, to create an exceptional candidate experience and identify top talent. This role is pivotal in growing the business and will be the face of the company, owning the candidate experience. The position offers creative ownership and encourages a fun approach to recruiting. The coordinator will be responsible for scheduling and managing the entire coordination process for candidates within the Engineering, Product, and Design recruiting teams, supporting 6-8 recruiters. They will focus on building efficient scheduling and recruiting processes that lead to positive experiences for both candidates and the hiring team. Developing trusting relationships with hiring managers, interviewers, and recruiters is key, as is effective communication to ensure a seamless candidate journey. The role also involves a desire to innovate within the talent industry and find optimal recruiting strategies in a competitive market.
