About The Position

Hightouch is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to partner with their hiring team, including recruiters and hiring managers, to create an exceptional candidate experience and identify top talent. This role is pivotal in growing the business and will be the face of the company, owning the candidate experience. The position offers creative ownership and encourages a fun approach to recruiting. The coordinator will be responsible for scheduling and managing the entire coordination process for candidates within the Engineering, Product, and Design recruiting teams, supporting 6-8 recruiters. They will focus on building efficient scheduling and recruiting processes that lead to positive experiences for both candidates and the hiring team. Developing trusting relationships with hiring managers, interviewers, and recruiters is key, as is effective communication to ensure a seamless candidate journey. The role also involves a desire to innovate within the talent industry and find optimal recruiting strategies in a competitive market.

Requirements

  • Ideally spent some time in a recruiting coordinator role and/or administrative role
  • Incredibly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive in identifying problems and providing solutions
  • Able to work independently but aren't afraid to ask for help
  • Thrive and ruthlessly prioritize in a constantly changing environment

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and own the entire coordination experience for candidates for our Engineering, Product and Design recruiting teams (6-8 recruiters)
  • Build efficient scheduling and recruiting processes that result in highly positive experiences for both candidates and the hiring team
  • Develop trusting relationships with hiring managers, interviewers, and recruiters
  • Communicate effectively with the interview team, recruiting team, and candidates to ensure a seamless candidate experience
  • Figure out the best ways of recruiting in a highly competitive environment
