About The Position

As a Recruiting Coordinator at Forus, you will own the logistics, organization, and executional backbone of our recruiting engine. You will ensure every candidate experience is exceptional, every process runs smoothly, and every hire moves fast. This role involves working closely with recruiters, hiring managers and interviewers to orchestrate interviews, track pipelines, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. You will join a team that treats talent as a strategic differentiator, not a cost center. This means real exposure to high-velocity hiring at scale and a direct role in shaping Forus' culture, brand, and bar for excellence. This is a demanding role, with a high level of autonomy and responsibility. You will be expected to "act like an owner" and commit yourself to Forus' success. Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, people operations, or another high-tempo operational or administrative role
  • Impeccable organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping details
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication — professional, direct, and proactive, whether you're talking to a candidate or a hiring manager
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity, with a strong bias toward action and solutions
  • Track record of moving quickly, finding shortcuts, and going to unreasonable lengths to deliver on goals
  • High NPS with your former teammates

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a high-touch point of contact for candidates, ensuring clear, warm, and timely communication throughout their journey
  • Own candidate scheduling end to end
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to maintain recruiting pipelines and candidate tracking in our ATS (Ashby)
  • Prepare candidates and interviewers for success with clear and comprehensive plans
  • Coordinate offer logistics, onboarding, and the new-hire experience
  • Drive continuous-improvement projects across recruiting operations, reporting, and candidate experience
