We are looking for a motivated college student or recent graduate to join our growing Payroll & HR company. This is a hands-on opportunity to develop real-world sales and marketing experience while working alongside experienced professionals. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a successful career in sales, marketing, business development, or entrepreneurship while gaining valuable experience in the HR and payroll industry.

Requirements

• College student or recent graduate pursuing Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clear English.
• Friendly, confident, and comfortable speaking on the phone.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Organized with good time management skills.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems (or willingness to learn).
• Someone who loves talking to people.
• Coachable and eager to learn sales and marketing.
• Goal-oriented and motivated by performance.
• Professional phone etiquette and strong relationship-building skills.
• Interested in developing a long-term career in sales, marketing, or business development.

Nice To Haves

• Previous customer service, sales, or phone experience is a plus but not required.
• Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to introduce our Payroll & HR solutions to prospective clients.
• Build relationships, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Meet daily and weekly calls, appointments, and activity goals.
• Maintain accurate prospect information in our CRM.
• Assist with LinkedIn outreach and professional networking.
• Help create and share marketing content on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Follow up with prospects through phone and email.
• Represent the company professionally with exceptional customer service.
