About The Position

This store-based role reports to the General Manager(s) and oversees full-cycle recruiting for assigned locations, including sourcing, application and resume review, interview coordination, offers, onboarding, and pre-employment activities. The Recruiting Coordinator partners with store leadership and the Talent Acquisition team to leverage shared tools and processes, deliver a strong candidate experience, and build diverse talent pipelines. The role also supports community engagement through local events, strengthening hiring efforts and pipeline development. Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle
  • Ability to coordinate and lead through conflicting priorities simultaneously
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management, detail oriented, organizational, problem-solving abilities
  • Strong ability to engage and inspire candidates to pursue opportunities with the organization
  • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee and candidate information appropriately

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute hiring to meet current and future staffing needs across assigned stores.
  • Partner with hiring managers to review resumes and applications.
  • Manage all interview logistics, including scheduling, communication, and follow-up.
  • Oversee full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, new hire training, and store orientation.
  • Manage job postings and closings across platforms (e.g., HRIS, Indeed, Handshake) and audit requisitions for accuracy and consistency.
  • Coordinate offer letters, I-9 documentation, and other pre-employment documents, ensuring compliance with all hiring regulations and company policies.
  • In partnership with the Talent Acquisition team, conduct outreach to build community partnerships and coordinate and attend community, school, and hiring events to develop a strong talent pipeline.
  • Build strong partnerships with HR and Talent Acquisition to leverage shared resources, systems, and best practices.
  • Participate on calls/in meetings with the Talent Acquisition team and other Recruiting Coordinators across the group to share best practices and learnings.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in appearance and attitude, serving as a brand ambassador for assigned stores and the company as a whole.
  • Maintain regular attendance and travel as needed between stores and to events (within the market).
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
