About The Position

Recruiter / Candidate Engagement Specialist Vertical Solutions Roofing $2,000 to $2,500 Per month US Dollar Remote / Work From Home / WFH Full-Time At Vertical Solutions Roofing, we're on a mission to elevate the standard in the roofing industry through honesty, communication, accountability, and a commitment to doing things right. We are looking for a Recruiter / Candidate Engagement Specialist who can help us attract great people, connect with applicants quickly, build belief in the opportunity, and move candidates all the way through the hiring process into confirmed new hire classes. This is a high-activity role for someone who is persuasive, organized, energetic, and relentless with follow-up.

Requirements

  • Confident and professional on the phone
  • Know how to create urgency and excitement
  • Persistent with follow-up and do not let good candidates slip away
  • Can manage a high-volume pipeline without losing details
  • Motivated by goals, activity, and outcomes
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Coachable, self-driven, reliable, and a strong team player
  • Recruiting, staffing, inside sales, appointment setting, customer follow-up, or call center experience
  • Experience with job boards, ATS platforms, CRMs, and candidate communication tools
  • High-volume hiring experience is a plus
  • Trades, roofing, construction, or home services recruiting experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Post and manage job ads to generate a steady flow of applicants
  • Respond to new applicants quickly and consistently
  • Call, text, and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Build excitement around the opportunity and explain why Vertical Solutions is a great place to work
  • Screen candidates for fit, readiness, and interest
  • Keep applicants engaged and moving forward so they do not drop out of the process
  • Schedule candidates for interviews, next steps, and new hire classes
  • Confirm candidate attendance and reduce no-shows
  • Track communication, follow-up, and pipeline activity across hiring cycles
  • Support hiring efforts across multiple Vertical Solutions offices and markets
