About The Position

This is a part-time (20 hours/week) Recruiting Specialist position in a fast-paced, fully remote business environment. The selected individual will be responsible for the growth and expansion of AmeriLife's national agent footprint through a telephone recruiting campaign, focusing on recruiting new Medicare, Health & Life insurance agents. If you thrive on achieving goals, have exceptional phone skills, and possess high energy, this position is for you.

Requirements

  • Highly productive while unsupervised
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word & Outlook, and Google Sheets

Responsibilities

  • Recruit agents via phone to either get contracted or move their existing contract to our firm
  • Cold calling and pinpointed follow-up
  • Build value quickly and set appointments for further conversations with MCC sales staff
  • Achieve benchmark goals/quotas
  • Effectively communicate and make best use of interpersonal skills
  • Work collaboratively and efficiently as a team member
