About The Position

Oxford Global Resources is hiring a Recruiting Associate for its six-week, paid, temp-to-perm Recruiter Academy in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The program is designed for early-career professionals and combines hands-on recruiting work with cohort-based, in-person training. The first two weeks are shared with the Oxford Sales Academy; the remaining four weeks focus on recruiting and prepare associates to conduct consultant interviews independently. The Academy is a pathway to full-time recruiting opportunities. Associates who demonstrate the required skills and knowledge through five weekly readiness checks and a final exam may receive a full-time offer at graduation. During the Academy, the Recruiting Associate sources and engages technical consultants, makes update calls, conducts interviews, and books interviews while working toward daily call targets. The role includes live call coaching, scorecard debriefs, and shadowing senior recruiters. The position reports to the Oxford Academy Director. The stated schedule is Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and the cohort start date is January 25, 2027. Base compensation is listed as $25.00 per hour, with commission eligibility under Oxford’s compensation plan. A separate U.S. salary notice lists $23.00–$24.00 hourly.
