About The Position

Oxford Global Resources is hiring a Recruiting Associate for its six-week, paid, temp-to-perm Oxford Recruiter Academy in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The program is designed for early-career professionals seeking to begin a recruiting career. It combines hands-on recruiting work with in-person cohort collaboration, coaching, and training, and is a pathway to full-time recruiting opportunities at Oxford. During the program, associates source and engage technical consultants, make update calls, conduct consultant interviews, and help connect clients with specialized talent. The first two weeks are shared with the Oxford Sales Academy; the final four weeks focus on recruiting and build toward independently conducting consultant interviews. Participants receive live call coaching, scorecard debriefs, and opportunities to shadow senior recruiters. They complete five weekly readiness checks and a final exam; associates who demonstrate the required skills and knowledge may receive full-time offers at graduation. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The cohort starts January 25, 2027. The posting lists base compensation as $25.00 per hour, also gives a U.S. salary range of $23.00–$24.00 per hour, and states that the role is eligible for commission under Oxford’s compensation plan. Perks include out-of-office team outings, some meals, and in-office team events. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check.
