Assist with the employment and onboarding processes, including background checks, offer letters and such for custodial technician positions. Act as a liaison between the hiring managers and candidates to complete onboarding process. Review applications for quality and scheduling purposes. Maintain and update applicant tracking system. Provide recruiting support to the HR department. Coordinate, conduct and assist with screening/interviews. Handle incoming phone calls and emails. Ensure smooth flow of information between employees and Human Resources. Enter employee data into applicant tracking system. Troubleshoot system issues accordingly. All other tasks as assigned by management.
