About The Position
As a Recruiting & Retention Specialist at Edgewood, you'll join a fun and fast-paced team as one of our community leaders! This position would support both our Brainerd and Baxter communities.
Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED, required
- Valid driver's license
- Experience with all tasks related to recruitment including effective interview skills, customer service, and networking ability
- Strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Supportive and understanding attitude for a diverse working environment
- Basic knowledge of employment law
Nice To Haves
- Associates degree within a related field, preferred
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain networks throughout the community
- Update job postings as needed and manage Indeed budget
- Review applications, pre-screen candidates, and participate in interviews
- Coordinate background checks and drug screenings for potential new hires
- Support department directors with retention initiatives
