About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to support our Human Resources department. You will play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent to join our innovative team, helping to drive VIVA Railings’ growth and success. This position requires a proactive approach to recruitment, with a focus on building strong relationships and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar HR role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.
• A proactive and team-oriented approach to challenges, with a strong drive to contribute to the company’s growth and success.

Nice To Haves

• experience in manufacturing or engineering industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of effective recruitment strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates.
• Conduct candidate sourcing activities through various channels, including social media platforms, job boards, networking events.
• Screen resumes and applications and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess applicant suitability for positions.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure a smooth and positive interview experience for all candidates.
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote VIVA Railings as an employer of choice.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Work closely with the HR team to continuously improve the recruitment process and candidate experience.
• Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and employer branding.
