We’re seeking a Contract Recruiter to support hiring efforts over the next 6 months with potential to extend depending on business need. This role will focus on full lifecycle recruiting, with an emphasis on technical talent and proactive sourcing. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple requisitions, engaging passive candidates, and partnering closely with hiring teams.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
• Experience in agency recruiting and/or high-volume hiring environments
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), with Lever strongly preferred
• Background in technical recruiting (engineering) and/or experience in the gaming industry
• Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates across multiple channels
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle recruiting across a variety of roles, with a focus on technical hiring (engineering)
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and drive efficient hiring processes
• Source and engage active and passive candidates using a variety of channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)
• Conduct screening interviews and guide candidates through the process
• Ensure a strong and seamless candidate experience from initial outreach through offer stage
• Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting
