About The Position
Endeavor is seeking a Recruiter to help find and hire engineers, product people, and technical leaders to grow the company. The Recruiter will manage searches from initial outreach to the signed offer, collaborating closely with hiring managers. A key aspect of this role is ensuring that every candidate, regardless of hiring outcome, feels respected and informed throughout the process. The company values the quality of recruitment practices as much as the number of hires, seeking an individual who demonstrates empathy, honest communication, and treats job searches with the seriousness they deserve.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of recruiting experience
- Ideally with at least some exposure to technical roles (agency or in-house both count)
- Empathy for candidates
- Solid sourcing fundamentals
- Clear, warm written and verbal communication
- Strong organization
- Comfort with ambiguity and a startup pace
- A growth mindset
