About The Position

This role is responsible for high-volume recruitment on a daily basis, maintaining up-to-date job postings and descriptions. The Recruiter will provide superior customer service to candidates, ensuring a strong and informative employee value proposition. The position requires striving for creative and alternative recruitment methods and streams, attending open houses as scheduled, and effectively communicating candidate status updates. Collaboration with HR Associates is key in identifying new leadership talent, and seeking constructive feedback from management is encouraged. The role actively embodies the values of the HR Team: Collaboration, Diversity, Continuous Improvement, and Adaptability. Other related duties as required.

Requirements

• A passion for customer service and the ability to develop lasting professional relationships
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure and foster a sense of control at all times
• Demonstrate and embody Company ethics and values
• Well organized; able to prioritize work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Computer literate; proficiency in Miscrosoft Office applications
• Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written
• Foster a safe and inclusive work environment

Responsibilities

• Responsible for high-volume recruitment on a daily basis
• Maintain up-to-date job postings and descriptions
• Provide superior customer service to our candidates; ensuring we are providing a strong and information employee value proposition to potential candidates
• Strive to provide creative and alternative recruitment methods and streams
• Attend open houses in and out of State, as scheduled by the Recruitment Manager
• Effectively communicate candidate status updates with the Recruitment Manager and appropriate HR Associate
• Work closely with HR Associates in identifying new leadership talent
• Seek constructive feedback from management
• Actively embodies the values of the HR Team: Collaboration, Diversity, Continuous Improvement and Adaptability
• Other related duties as required
