About The Position

This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified clinical professionals for various healthcare facilities and programs. The recruiter will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial job postings to onboarding coordination, while partnering closely with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. Building and maintaining a candidate pipeline through diverse sourcing methods is crucial, as is ensuring compliance with all hiring regulations and credentialing standards. The position also involves tracking recruitment metrics, maintaining candidate records in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and representing the organization at recruitment events.

Requirements

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Knowledge of federal, state, and organizational hiring practices and credentialing standards
• Strong networking and candidate sourcing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records

• Experience recruiting clinical professionals in the healthcare industry
• Familiarity with various clinical roles (RNs, LPNs, MAs, CNAs, Therapists, etc.)
• Experience representing an organization at job fairs and recruitment events

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit qualified clinical professionals (e.g., RNs, LPNs, MAs, CNAs, Therapists, etc.) for healthcare facilities and programs
• Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and position requirements
• Maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates through networking, referrals, and online sourcing
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and organizational hiring practices and credentialing standards
• Track recruiting metrics and maintain accurate candidate records in ATS systems
• Represent the organization professionally at job fairs and recruitment events
