About The Position
LiaHia is a reverse-recruiting agency that runs the job search for clients. As a Recruiter / Job Search Specialist, you will manage the end-to-end job search process for assigned clients — sourcing roles, tailoring resumes, submitting applications, and coordinating outreach. This is a remote, flexible, freelance role ideal for recruiters or sourcers who want consistent work with doing sales and client acquisition.
Requirements
- 3+ years in recruiting, sourcing, HR, staffing, or job search execution
- Strong research and sourcing skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Experience with ATS systems, job boards, and LinkedIn
- Excellent written communication
- Must be authorized to work in the Colombia
Responsibilities
- Identify 30–50 relevant job opportunities per client each week across job boards and niche platforms.
- Customize resumes for each application to maximize ATS compatibility.
- Apply to roles on behalf of clients with accuracy and speed.
- Send LinkedIn and email outreach to hiring managers and recruiters.
- Track all applications, responses, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the Career Coach and Client Success Manager to ensure alignment.
