About The Position

Reporting to the Director of Employee Experience, the Recruiter will lead full-lifecycle recruiting efforts, researching, developing, and implementing hiring strategies to attract qualified and capable talent to the organization. This includes sourcing, recruiting and onboarding fundraising talent, as well as roles across the organization, to support the Foundation’s philanthropic efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, communications or related field
  • 2-4 years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process

Nice To Haves

  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification
  • Familiarity with advancement/fundraising
