Requirements

  • 1 year of recruiting or recruiting coordinator experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Works effectively across teams and departments to achieve shared goals
  • Plans, organizes, and executes initiatives efficiently, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
  • Demonstrates reliability, accountability, and a commitment to high-quality results
  • Anticipates challenges, identifies solutions, and adjusts to evolving business needs

Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and attract qualified talent using various tools and strategies, including job boards, Boolean search, and direct outreach.
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and fit through structured resume review & initial interviews.
  • Manage requisitions, candidate data, and workflows using applicant tracking systems and candidate relationship tools.
  • Build effective relationships with hiring managers, providing consultative support on job requirements, market trends and hiring strategies.
  • Conduct structured and behavior-based interviews to assess both qualifications and cultural alignment.
  • Deliver timely, respectful, and personalized interactions that create a positive impression of the organization.
  • Use recruitment data to track performance, improve pipeline efficiency and inform hiring decisions.
  • Understand and apply legal and ethical recruiting practices, including adherence to EEOC and SCA policies.
  • Prepare and negotiate offers aligned with internal equity, candidate expectations, and organizational guidelines.
  • Consistently report to work on time and as scheduled, with minimal unexcused absences.
