Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal ability to build rapport with both candidates and clients, enhancing your effectiveness in understanding their needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for articulating job opportunities clearly and presenting candidates effectively.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills will empower you to navigate challenges and identify the best matches between candidates and roles.
  • Being an empathetic listener will help you connect with candidates on a personal level, fostering a positive candidate experience.
  • Time management is vital in this fast-paced environment, as you’ll juggle multiple roles and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media.
  • Screening resumes, conducting interviews, and assessing candidate qualifications to match them with client needs.
  • Daily collaboration with hiring managers to understand their requirements.
  • Building strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Networking and fostering relationships to grow the book of business for the St. Louis branch location.
  • Creating compelling job postings.
  • Managing candidate data in our recruitment systems.
  • Participating in team meetings that foster an energetic environment focused on problem-solving.
  • Adapting and strategizing as you navigate the dynamic landscape of talent acquisition, ensuring a customer-centric approach to recruitment.
