Responsibilities

  • Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media.
  • Screening resumes, conducting interviews, and assessing candidate qualifications to match them with client needs.
  • Daily collaboration with hiring managers to understand their requirements.
  • Building strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Networking and fostering relationships to grow the book of business for the St. Louis branch location.
  • Creating compelling job postings.
  • Managing candidate data in recruitment systems.
  • Participating in team meetings that foster an energetic environment focused on problem-solving.
  • Adapting and strategizing to navigate the dynamic landscape of talent acquisition, ensuring a customer-centric approach to recruitment.
