Projected recruiter earnings are $50,000 in Year 1, $76,000 in Year 2, and $102,000 in Year 3. The posting also gives projected Sales Manager earnings of $80,800 in Year 1, $121,500 in Year 2, and $150,000 in Year 3.

Responsibilities

Identify qualified candidates using recruiting and sourcing tools.
