The Recruiter identifies, screens, and interviews candidates; partners with an Account Manager to target accounts, skill sets, and market segments; and builds relationships with industry contacts to generate referrals and sales leads. The role also includes customer service activities and community volunteering.

After successful completion of hourly training, the base salary is $57,783.96, with weekly commission potential. After one year, the base salary automatically increases to $60,000, with continued commission opportunities and performance-based incentives.

Requirements

• Customer- or sales-focused experience.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools.
• Screen and interview qualified candidates.
• Partner with an Account Manager to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads.
• Perform customer service-related activities.
• Volunteer and partner with philanthropic organizations in the community.
