We’re looking for a Recruiter who brings energy, creativity, and strong relationship-building skills to help us attract the skilled talent that keeps our operations moving. As our Recruiter, you’ll manage the full-cycle hiring process, partner with leaders across the organization, and create a great experience for candidates from first conversation through onboarding.

Requirements

2+ years of recruiting or HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or high-volume recruiting.
Experience with sourcing tools, ATS systems, and recruiting best practices.
Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive mindset and passion for finding the right people for the right opportunities.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand staffing needs and create effective recruiting strategies.
Source talent through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, community outreach, and events.
Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain a strong pipeline for manufacturing and skilled labor roles.
Build relationships with candidates while providing timely, professional communication.
Represent our company at career fairs, workforce events, and community programs.
Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve processes to enhance the candidate experience.
Support a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Ensure recruiting practices align with company policies and EEO standards.
Occasionally travel for recruiting events, including some weekend opportunities.
