Requirements

B.S. degree in Human Resources or related field or years of experience in lieu of degree
At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in a fast paced, full life cycle recruiting environment
UltiPro ATS and HRIS experience highly preferred
Technology savvy with demonstrated proficiency in all MS Office applications (Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maturity
Organizational skills, detail-oriented, and ability to prioritize workload independently
Multi-tasker who can work in a fast-paced, energetic environment
Proficient working with HRIS and application tracking systems, or able to learn quickly
Ability to contribute ideas for creative recruiting techniques

Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruiting (including sourcing, phone interviews, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks)
Ensures timely communications with all candidates and hiring managers
Manages the job posting process and posts/updates open positions on a variety of web sites
Helps initiate the hiring process by identifying and screening qualified candidates for various employment opportunities
Must be able to travel to all retail locations
