About The Position

We are seeking a driven and energetic Talent Acquisition professional to join our team in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment. In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruiting for our Driving School while partnering closely with hiring managers to attract top talent and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of full cycle recruitment (sourcing, candidate assessment, interviewing, offer negotiation)
  • At least 1 year of sourcing experience using multiple recruiting platforms and sourcing tools.
  • Experience recruiting for high-volume positions and managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Proven experience conducting a high volume of phone screenings and candidate outreach activities.
  • Must be available to work on site at the Omaha location
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service skills and diplomacy when dealing with internal and external clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail oriented, organized, able to multitask
  • Able to effectively manage multiple and sometimes changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Staffing/HR Agency experience preferred
  • Experience with Workday ATS Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and determine effective sourcing strategies by conducting timely and productive intake sessions, setting clear expectations, and coordinating interview plans
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume positions in a fast-paced environment, including roles with significant turnover and ongoing hiring demands
  • Handle a high volume of candidate communication and phone activity daily, including screening calls, interview coordination, candidate follow-up, and offer discussions
  • Identify proactive and effective sourcing strategies to ensure a diverse slate of candidates, providing regular updates to hiring manager, and/or partnering with business partner
  • Work in compliance with company hiring policies as well as legal requirements by effectively screening, interviewing and selecting candidates
  • Build candidate relationship, articulating the benefits of the role and the organization.
  • Initiate and manage the offer process, including presenting verbal offers
  • Maintain engagement with candidates throughout the post-offer and onboarding process
  • Coordinate and initiate pre-employment screenings, background checks, and onboarding activities
  • Comply with all employment laws/legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records within the applicant tracking system to support reporting and recruiting metrics.
  • Stay informed of market trends, talent availability, and competitive hiring practices.
  • Support additional talent acquisition and sourcing initiatives as assigned.
