About The Position

This job’s primary purpose to the organization is to recruit, interview and hire time share sales representatives for the company.

Requirements

  • Excellent interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to identify candidates with strong closing, presentation, and customer service abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, job boards, and recruiting software.
  • Ability to work independently and meet aggressive hiring goals.

  • Travel extensively to resort locations nationwide to conduct interviews, career fairs, hiring events, and onboarding activities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for Timeshare Sales Representatives
  • Create and post compelling job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms and social media channels.
  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates through interviews, and in-person recruiting events.
  • Travel extensively to resort locations nationwide to conduct interviews, career fairs, hiring events, and onboarding activities.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to understand staffing needs and develop strategic recruiting plans.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Present company culture, compensation plans, career growth opportunities, and benefits to prospective candidates.
  • Build relationships with local real estate schools, industry professionals, and networking organizations to generate candidate referrals.
  • Represent the company professionally at job fairs, recruiting events, and industry conferences.
