About The Position

This job’s primary purpose to the organization is to recruit, interview and hire time share sales representatives for the company.

Excellent interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to identify candidates with strong closing, presentation, and customer service abilities.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, job boards, and recruiting software.
Ability to work independently and meet aggressive hiring goals.

Travel extensively to resort locations nationwide to conduct interviews, career fairs, hiring events, and onboarding activities.

Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for Timeshare Sales Representatives
Create and post compelling job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms and social media channels.
Source, screen, and qualify candidates through interviews, and in-person recruiting events.
Travel extensively to resort locations nationwide to conduct interviews, career fairs, hiring events, and onboarding activities.
Partner with Sales Leadership to understand staffing needs and develop strategic recruiting plans.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Present company culture, compensation plans, career growth opportunities, and benefits to prospective candidates.
Build relationships with local real estate schools, industry professionals, and networking organizations to generate candidate referrals.
Represent the company professionally at job fairs, recruiting events, and industry conferences.
