About The Position

Join Uline as a Recruiter at our Texas location, where you’ll work closely with a collaborative recruiting team and hiring leaders to help build our growing workforce. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
3+ years of HR recruitment / talent acquisition experience.
Ability to travel to job fairs, recruitment events and field locations.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence hiring leaders, candidates and partners at all levels.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform full cycle recruiting to support staffing all levels of our growing warehouse operation, from entry-level roles to technical, high-level roles.
Build and execute sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates through job boards, social media and networking relationships.
Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, develop recruitment plans and build pipelines for critical roles.
Deliver a legendary candidate experience throughout the interview process that reflects Uline’s culture and values.
Expand Uline’s talent network by building relationships with recruiting agencies, universities and other organizations.
